Honesty, punctuality, and professional appearance are valued. ***UNILIMP*** *wants you to join its team!!* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age 25–40 * Completed high school or incomplete/completed administrative degree * Minimum 2 years of experience as a counter salesperson * Job stability in most recent positions for at least one and a half years **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Opening the business * Cleaning the premises and arranging merchandise * Serving customers at the counter (primary daily activity) * Inventory tracking (secondary activity, performed once weekly) * Customer acquisition **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CAREER GROWTH:** * Experience as a cashier and supervising staff (1 person) * Excellent interpersonal skills with peers, supervisors, and warehouse personnel **SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:** * Passion for customer service * Honesty * Punctuality * Cleanliness * Professional appearance * Asepsis (personal hygiene) * Proficiency in simple software for generating invoices * Strong spelling and writing skills **COMPENSATION PACKAGE:** * Base monthly salary: $9,500 net per month * Sales commission of 0.075% on monthly sales target achieved * Statutory benefits guaranteed **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs, including one-hour lunch break * Saturdays, 8:00–14:00 hrs * Fully on-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
