### **Position: Treasury Supervisor** **Location:** Uptown Juriquilla, Querétaro \| **Work Mode:** On-site \| Full-time At **Acuario Empresarial**, we are seeking a **Treasury Supervisor** responsible for **coordinating and supervising the treasury support team**, ensuring **payroll disbursement**, supplier payments, insurance policies and premiums, as well as **managing cash flows** across the group’s various accounts and companies. This role ensures **compliance, traceability, and control of financial operations**, in accordance with strategies defined by Executive Management, Department Heads, and Accounting. **Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and coordinate the treasury support team. * Execute payroll disbursement and supplier payments. * Manage cash flows and fund availability. * Authorize payments for insurance policies, premiums, and other financial obligations per established guidelines. * Ensure proper uploading and backup of supporting documentation in the system. * Prepare cash flow and payment reports for Management and Executive Leadership. * Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure data consistency. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience in treasury and cash flow management**. * Experience supervising staff (1–2 people). * Proficiency in banking platforms, advanced Excel, and accounting ERP systems. * Knowledge of payroll, supplier, and insurance policy payments. **Skills and Competencies:*** Leadership and team coordination. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Effective communication and cross-departmental collaboration. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **We Offer:*** Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth and development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
