Teamwork and assertive communication IT Instituto Tepeyac Campus Querétaro is looking for a **Formative Counselor for middle and high school**. **Full Job Description** **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field. (Degree certificate and professional license mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE** * Topics related to adolescents in the educational field * Proficiency in computer tools * Clear writing and good spelling **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintains an educational and preventive presence in daily campus life. * Keeps attendance and punctuality records up to date for their section. * Performs administrative duties to support pedagogical and organizational processes. * Attends to parents/guardians of their students as required. **PERSONAL TRAITS** Empathy, time management, responsibility, patience, objectivity, non-judgmental attitude, flexibility, observance, teamwork, self-management, and strong organizational skills. **SKILLS** Group management, creativity, and adaptability.
