We are continuously developing and expanding, always seeking top talent to fully leverage their capabilities. We are looking for our next store assistant manager for the HAVOC Antea showroom. Position Objective: Ensure achievement of commercial KPIs through a strategic approach centered on team management, operations, sales, marketing, and team development, while upholding the brand’s standard of excellence and delivering appropriate service aligned with the customer profile. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail fashion sales (mandatory), department stores, floor sales, or related fields. * Excellent personal presentation. Responsibilities: * Achieve overall budget targets aligned with monthly and annual sales objectives. * Meet sales team performance metrics. * Deliver customer service. * Maintain the showroom in accordance with brand guidelines. * Properly follow internal company processes. * Product knowledge. * Daily CRM updates. * Ensure staff training. * Ensure compliance with administrative procedures. * Develop work schedules for the team. * Safeguard the point of sale and maintain brand image. * Build and develop high-performing teams. * Recruit personnel. Work Location and Schedule: * HAVOC Antea showroom. * Monday to Sunday, 11:00–21:00\. * Two days off per week (rotating between Monday and Sunday).
