Experience in Heavy Cargo Transportation is required to ensure timely coverage of vacancies in operational and administrative areas, guaranteeing candidate profiles aligned with business dynamics. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed Bachelor's degree (Human Capital Management, Psychology, Administration) \- 3 years of experience in a similar position \- Experience recruiting tractor-trailer operators Recruitment channels and sources Knowledge of: Transportation and logistics sector, Excel proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recruitment of Tractor-Trailer Operators, operational positions, and administrative positions. * Reporting progress via performance indicators. * Managing brand presence at key forums (e.g., job fairs). * Identifying various personnel acquisition channels. * Engaging with schools capable of supporting the search for suitable candidates. * Ensuring authorization for received vacancy requests. * Guaranteeing compliance with personnel selection guidelines. * Preparing personnel files for new hires. * Digitizing and delivering personnel files. * Submitting relevant information for onboarding and welcoming new personnel to respective departments. * Issuing uniforms to newly hired personnel. * Registering and maintaining the Driver’s License / Medical Fitness Matrix. * Vendor management (e.g., ESE, Psicoweb, Computrabajo, Indeed, etc.) \- Managing the assigned petty cash fund. * Keeping employment files up to date / Updating and reporting the document matrix. **SKILLS:** Initiative, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Results-Oriented **WE OFFER:** Weekly salary payment, 100% IMSS contributions, Statutory and above-statutory benefits, Paid leave, Savings fund, 50% subsidized cafeteria, Complimentary uniforms Work Location: Libramiento Sur Poniente KM 18\.5, Industrial Balvanera, Corregidora (10 minutes from La Estancia residential area) Benefits: Cafeteria service, Company phone, Complimentary uniforms Salary: Up to $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
