**Industrial Construction Supervisor – Amazon Project** At **Structainer V Group**, a Mexican holding company specializing in industrial construction, steel structures, and turnkey solutions, we are seeking an **Industrial Construction Supervisor** to join a **high-standard corporate project with an international client (Amazon)** located in **Colón, Querétaro**. We seek a **technical, responsible, and field-proven leadership profile**, ensuring the correct execution of industrial construction work in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and scheduled timelines. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily execution of industrial construction work on site * Coordinate teams of welders, assemblers, and operational personnel * Assign daily tasks and verify their proper execution * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and scope-of-work catalog * Identify and correct deviations before they lead to rework * Validate actual construction progress for estimates * Maintain daily logs and weekly progress reports * Maintain order, discipline, and cleanliness at the worksite * Verify staff attendance and adherence to working hours * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and industrial safety standards * Report technical and operational incidents to Management **Requirements** * Engineering or Architecture degree (degree certificate and professional license mandatory) * Minimum **3 to 5 years** of experience in industrial construction supervision * Demonstrable knowledge of **steel structures and assembly** * Experience leading operational personnel on site * Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and leadership capacity * Availability for on-site work **Position Conditions** * Employment type: **Full-time** * Contract: **Project-based or fixed-term (8 months)** * Working hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Location: **Colón, Querétaro** **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Job stability throughout the project duration * A professional, structured work environment with clear processes * Opportunity to participate in a high-standard corporate industrial project **Application** Interested candidates must submit an **updated CV and verifiable documentation**.
