Job Summary: CONALUM is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, coordinate staff, manage logistics, sales, inventory, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. General branch management and staff coordination 2. Logistics management, quotation, billing, and sales 3. Customer service and inventory control **OPEN POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER – QUERETARO\| CONALUM** CONALUM is a metal-mechanical company with nationwide presence and headquarters in Jalisco, engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of aluminum profiles, hardware, solar panels, and staircases. ### **Requirements** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a department head and personnel management ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $13,000 to $16,000 (pre-tax) * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus, and vacation premium * Profit-sharing * Ongoing training * Opportunities for career advancement ### **Responsibilities** * General branch administration * Staff coordination and supervision * Delivery route logistics * Quotation and billing * Customer service and follow-up * Sales prospecting and performance analysis * Inventory review and control * Report preparation * Branch opening and closing * Incident management ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
