Professional academic environment and institutional support. **Cuauhtémoc University, Querétaro Campus** invites professionals in the field of Civil Engineering to apply for the position of **Undergraduate Instructor for the course Bridge Design.** **Required Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Must be graduated and hold a professional license) Experience in structural design, structural analysis, or infrastructure projects (bridges, roadways, civil works). **Knowledge and experience in the following topics:** * Introduction to structural bridge design. * General principles of bridge planning, design, and sizing. * Application of current regulations in bridge design. * Structural analysis applied to concrete and steel elements. * Design and sizing of beam-type bridges. * Design and sizing of arch bridges. * Design and sizing of cable-stayed bridges. * Load analysis, stress evaluation, and structural behavior assessment. * Application of technical criteria for spanning rivers, highways, and grade-separated crossings. **Class Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 3:00–4:30 p.m. ️ **Term Duration:** Current term in progress (ends in April) **Modality:** In-person, Constituyentes Campus Cuauhtémoc University, Querétaro Campus ‍ **Main Responsibilities:** Deliver theory–practice–oriented classes aligned with the Bridge Design syllabus. Develop students’ skills in bridge structural analysis and design. Evaluate performance through calculation exercises, projects, and applied case studies. Prepare and upload lesson plans, activities, and assessments to the institutional platform.
