




Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the logistics of internal events, job fairs, training sessions, and induction programs. Manage the distribution of materials, spaces, and resources required for Human Resources activities. Support in planning and tracking schedules within the Talent Attraction department. Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure proper execution of events and processes. Assist in organizing files, documentation, and administrative reports. Participate in implementing internal communication and employee well-being strategies. Comply with confidentiality guidelines and internal company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related field. Experience (desirable) in event coordination, logistics management, or administrative support. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, management platforms). Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to teamwork.
