




**Engineering Program Coordinator** Are you passionate about education, teaching-learning processes, and academic program curricular and administrative management? UVM is looking for your talent for the position of **Academic Coordinator of Engineering.** **Position Objective:** Implement strategies that meet the academic and administrative needs of applicants, students, and parents belonging to the academic programs under their responsibility, promoting optimal student development throughout the three significant stages of their journey: admission, retention, and graduation from the institution, supporting the achievement of the established professional profile and successful completion of the academic program. Aligned with regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures established by the Institutional Rectorate. **Functions and Activities:** o Monitor curricular progress and ensure the graduation profile of the programs under their charge by knowing the program map. o Ensure achievement of learning objectives and graduate competencies of the academic programs under their charge based on the declared graduation profile in each study plan. o Execute curricular implementation and application of the Educational Model in the academic programs under their charge. o Teach classes related to their academic profile, meeting the standard hours established by the institution. o Participate in collegiate faculty assignment. **Requirements:** Completed Engineering degree and Master’s degree (Title and Professional License required). Minimum of two years of experience as an academic coordinator and teaching experience. **Competencies:** Results orientation. Analysis and decision making. Problem analysis and resolution.
