This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within KI. **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently perform preventive maintenance within designated timeframes. * Assist in mold mounting and dismounting when necessary due to special mold conditions. * Carry out version changes on molds prior to entering production, according to the production schedule. * Perform necessary corrections required for correct part fabrication. * Plan and organize mold repair processes. **Technical Skills:** * Extensive expertise in preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and delivery of molds to the production area. * Advanced experience with hot runner, cold runner, and double-shot plastic injection molds. * Advanced proficiency in TIG and microTIG welding. * Advanced skills in conventional machining and mirror polishing. * Advanced ability in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Advanced use of overhead cranes and IQMS (closing preventive maintenance orders). * General knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 standard and organizational environmental policy and objectives. * Experience handling and disposing of hazardous waste and chemicals (inks, plastics, solvents, paints, etc.).
