Management of supplies and consumables for printing equipment. **Omni Printer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRINTER MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment (e.g., Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox). * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Management of supplies (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking of installed base (number of on-site equipment and business channels or lines) to request spare parts and supplies. * Monitoring of statistics and performance of printing equipment. * Support for assigned customers. * Technical support: Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
