Leading manufacturer of Industrial Bagging and Palletizing Machinery, located in POLÍGONO EMPRESARIAL, Santa Rosa Jáuregui, is seeking: “After-sales Service Engineer” “Position objective: Follow up on sales projects for Baggers and Palletizers, as well as provide efficient and accurate technical support to customers, delivering high-quality service and solutions for equipment from Installation through Corrective and Preventive Maintenance after-sales service.” Ø Requirements: o Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related fields. o Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position (verifiable) o Age: 25 to 38 years old. o Availability and willingness for national and international travel o English language skills (valued positively but not essential). vValid driver's license. vGood communication skills. Ø Knowledge and Experience: · Preventive and corrective maintenance and machinery installation. o Knowledge of industrial maintenance, electricity, electronics, mechanics, PLC programming, fault tracing. o Repair and installation of industrial machinery o Solving technical failures (electronic, electrical, mechanical) o Activity planning for customer follow-up. o Report preparation. o Project follow-up and After-sales Support (remote, in-person, field) o Service-oriented attitude, friendly, proactive, good communication, professional appearance, responsible and self-taught. o Willingness to travel with availability of time for transfers across national and international territories (travel expenses covered) * Customer service.
