Complete closing tasks such as storing all reusable supplies, locking doors, sorting supplies, etc. Organize, stock, and maintain work areas. Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and organization of assigned stations and service areas. Transport soiled linens to the designated laundry area; separate napkins from tablecloths; restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through continuous cleaning procedures. Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
