Responsibilities include helping customers locate stores and services, and resolving general inquiries — all contributing to a positive experience for every visitor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide information regarding the location of stores, restaurants, and services * Address visitor inquiries and questions * Support the promotion of shopping mall sales campaigns and events * Route complaints, suggestions, or special requests * Maintain a clean and presentable work area * Always provide courteous, respectful, and professional service **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma * Customer service experience (preferred) * Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude * Professional appearance * Flexible availability **No prior experience?
