




Management of subcontracts, amortizations, withholdings, and guarantee fund. Control of invoices, tax documentation, and scheduled payments. Monitoring compliance with deadlines and service quality. Reporting and Control Preparation of weekly/biweekly reports on costs, purchases, and administrative progress. Control of budget variances and cost analysis. Administrative liaison with corporate offices Procurement and Supply Request, quote, negotiate, and manage purchases of materials and services. Prepare price comparisons and issue purchase orders. Track deliveries in coordination with logistics and warehouse. Evaluation and development of construction sector suppliers. Control of critical inventories and high-consumption materials. Ensure all purchases are within budget and technical specifications. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in construction project administration and procurement (required). Solid knowledge in: Purchasing of construction materials. Estimations, generators, and cost control. Subcontracts and administrative control. Advanced Excel, Neodata, Opus, or similar ERP systems.
