




Position Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to supervise resources and personnel on industrial electrical projects, coordinating field installations and ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines. Support in technical surveys and preparation of estimates. **FACILITIES COORDINATOR** A company dedicated to developing industrial electrical projects as well as general maintenance is seeking a **Facilities Coordinator**, responsible for supervising the necessary resources and personnel required to execute projects. The role entails tracking project progress and promoting adherence to established timelines, as well as coordinating field installations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electrician, Electromechanics, or related field * 2 to 5 years of experience supervising industrial electrical installations or maintenance * Demonstrable experience in industrial installations (preferably electrical), industrial maintenance, and building maintenance * Experience managing technical work crews * Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and single-line diagrams * Experience working under schedules and meeting construction deadlines * Desired experience in developing industrial and commercial projects * Valid driver's license for standard vehicles **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate field execution of technical activities * Assign workloads, establish schedules, and coordinate technical staff and installers * Verify that installations comply with drawings, technical specifications, current regulations, and client requirements * Ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols and proper use of PPE * Supervise and coordinate work at height, electrical operations, and high-risk activities per applicable regulations * Manage and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for each project * Monitor physical progress against the construction schedule and report deviations * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, incident logs, and project status updates for the Operations Manager and Project Leader * Identify operational risks and propose technical solutions in the field * Supervise functional testing, energization, and commissioning * Support technical surveys and preparation of estimates * Verify proper technical documentation (logs, checklists, photographic evidence, delivery certificates) * Follow up on corrective actions and warranty or maintenance work **Work Schedule and Location:** * Cerro del Coyolote, Las Americas, 76121 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Occasional Saturday availability required * On-site work only **Compensation:** * Monthly base salary of $15,000 to $17,000 MXN * 20 days of year-end bonus * Bi-weekly payroll * Grocery vouchers (8% of salary) * Statutory benefits * Initial training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * Can you read and interpret electrical drawings? * The position is located in Col.
