Join our Operations team in Querétaro as a **Route-to-Market Engineer**! ***Location: Querétaro, Qro.*** This position holds key responsibility for ensuring effective route operations within the channel and for identifying and executing plans to capitalize on growth opportunities, thereby guaranteeing the channel efficiency strategy. This role will provide a multifunctional approach to executing development plans across the following dimensions: * Operational efficiency: maintaining a profitable operation within the channel. * Improvement: identifying opportunities within current routes to maximize operational potential. What will you be doing in this role? * Evaluate and execute efficiency strategies across current territories to improve costs and increase sales using the same resources (detailed analysis). * Execute the following phases of the DTS (detail channel) transformation through various models. * Align with CEDIS to implement timely adjustments based on opportunity level in design/model/structure without affecting operational route availability. * Weekly and periodic visibility of key channel operational indicators to support action plan execution. * Maintain records/documentation for each execution project to renew and optimize processes toward full DTS (detail channel) transformation. * Calculate and share operational KPI targets (NSV, BP%, Dropsize). * Responsible for stabilization of transformation projects, supporting the evaluation process of the maturity curve for each project. * Execute documentation procedures to launch new operations and expansions based on established processes and priorities.
