Implementation of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. **IDEAL PROFILE** A results-oriented, execution-capable leader with strong shop-floor presence, committed to continuous improvement, capable of transforming operations, building robust teams, and delivering direct impact on business profitability. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** To operationally lead the production plant, ensuring achievement of business objectives through daily and weekly KPI optimization, leadership development across all operational levels, implementation of continuous improvement systems, and assurance of high-level quality standards in aluminum window manufacturing. **SCOPE OF THE POSITION** Fully responsible for productive operations, including execution, control, and improvement of the following areas: * Cutting and CNC * Welding and polishing * Painting * Assembly * Glass handling **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Production Supervision * KPI Management (Critical Responsibility) * Organizational Leadership * Operational Excellence and 5S * Talent Development and Training * Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing * Quality Management * Resource Management **EDUCATION** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field (preferred) **EXPERIENCE** * 3+ years in operations / production * Experience leading teams of 15+ people * Proven experience improving KPIs and financial results * Experience in operational transformation or professionalization (preferred) **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Manufacturing (metal / aluminum preferred) * CNC, welding, painting, and assembly * Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement * Production planning * Cost control * Blueprint interpretation **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Strategic and operational leadership * Results orientation and execution capability * Analytical thinking and decision-making * Development of high-performing teams * Effective communication across all levels * Change management * Operational discipline Salary: $17,000.00 \- $22,298.02 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
