Job Summary: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment to keep production lines operational according to Bosch’s KPIs and policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting in production. 2. Monitoring and resolution of electrical and programming (PLC) faults. 3. You’ll find us in automotive factories, packaging systems for the food industry, medical devices and laboratories. **Job Description** Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and services within the production area to maintain production lines in accordance with KPIs (% downtime, OEE, MTTR, MTBF) and comply with Robert Bosch’s policies and values. **Qualifications** * Mechanical: Technical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting in the production area. * Electrical control: Monitoring and resolution of electrical and basic programming faults (PLC, PC-based controllers, microcontrollers, and servers), focused on process improvement. * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Eliminate losses associated with stoppages and quality in production processes. Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance, feedback on identified improvements. * Decision-making under pressure: Ability to work under pressure to achieve challenging goals or to implement actions/decisions required to meet specific objectives.
