You will be part of a dynamic, international organization and will produce high quality products in a safe, clean and flexible work environment.** **Job Description** ------------------- **About the Team** Responsible for developing and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring that demand, capacity, materials, and resources are aligned to meet operational and customer service objectives. To achieve this, you collaborate closely with several key teams across the supply chain and operations. **What can you expect as a Master Planner / Customer Service?:** * Receive, process, analyze, communicate, and manage customer requirements promptly to satisfy customer demand through optimal resource utilization and timely communication with relevant departments, maintaining responsibility for such tasks. * Coordinate responses in customer systems to maintain delivery performance ratings. * Manage and plan finished goods production. * Receive and process customer requirements. * Develop weekly production schedules per production line and according to production run groups. * Monitor production schedules via MPS. * Review weekly quantities available for shipment in accordance with the shipping plan. * Prepare monthly sales forecasts at the beginning of each month. **Your Profile as Master Planner / Customer Service:** * Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * +3 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced English proficiency. * Automotive industry experience required. * ERP QAD knowledge preferred. * APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. **Why choose ZF Santa Rosa Frenos?** * Competitive salary. * Social benefits. * Location: La Griega Avenue 101, Parque Industrial Querétaro, 76220 Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro.
