Participation in continuous improvement and cost reduction Job Request ID: 25850 Country: Mexico Job Location: Acceso IV Nº 6 Zona Industrial Benito Juárez Querétaro, Querétaro 76120 **CNC OPERATORS****Job Objective**: Production of parts within the department according to scheduled timelines and under Safety/Quality standards. **Your Key Responsibilities**: * Follow and comply with the Production Plan assigned by technicians. * Use and promote personal protective equipment (PPE) * Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness at your workstation * Control the process according to Work Standards * Respect and follow technicians’ instructions to maintain cell KPIs * Comply with departmental standards and procedures * Meet scheduled times per operation (actual hours vs. scheduled hours) * Optimize and safeguard provided resources * Participate in reducing rework percentage and manufacturing costs through various forums * Report process failures and part discrepancies immediately upon occurrence * Generate and implement innovative ideas * Perform TPM as specified in frequency, timing, and manner. **Who We Are Looking For**: **Education**: Completed high school education. **Experience**: More than 2 years as a machining center operator. **Required Knowledge**: * Operation of turning centers * Operation of 4-axis machining centers * Use and handling of calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators * Basic knowledge of G and M codes * Basic blueprint interpretation **Desired Knowledge**: * Siemens control * Tool alignment on lathes * Basic programming * Knowledge of cutting tools * Operation of conventional machine tools **Soft Skills**: * Honesty * Commitment/Availability * Results Orientation * Customer Satisfaction * Collaboration (Teamwork) * Compliance with Work Standards (Adherence to procedures) **What We Offer**: We offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.
