Comprehensive management of the Customs Law and Foreign Trade Rules A leading company in the automotive sector WE ARE LOOKING FOR: TRAFFIC ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: * University degree in foreign trade, international commerce, logistics, or related disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector, including handling and management of IMMEX and corporate compliance. * **Intermediate\-Advanced English** * Knowledge of the Customs Law and Foreign Trade Rules * Knowledge of foreign trade documentation * Knowledge of foreign trade systems * **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Managing foreign trade operations (imports, exports, virtual operations) (liaising with carriers, maritime and air transportation lines, customs brokers), coordinating processes to ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with legal requirements. * Implementing cost reduction and avoidance projects related to transportation and logistics. * Reviewing invoices and CE XML files for imports and exports * Reviewing customs entry forms (pedimentos) * Managing operational case files * Record keeping * Fixed asset control * Handling of Incoterms * Maintaining records of expenses and controlling operating funds * Tracking all import/export transactions and reporting daily changes and shipment status. * Issuing daily transit shipment reports. * Providing freight quotes and rates for specific shipments and projects. * Validating the month-end in-transit inventory report. * Reviewing carrier invoices. Conducting internal audits of transportation billing and CFDI. * Value declarations and calculation sheet, as well as updates on the electronic value declaration. * Compliance with ANNEX 24 * Submission of Automatic Notices * Procedures at VUCEM
