At **IngressMex**, we are seeking a **Senior General Accountant** responsible for ensuring fiscal, accounting, and financial compliance for assigned clients. This role involves preparing tax returns, executing monthly closings, analyzing financial variances, and guaranteeing timely compliance with regulations before SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. If you possess solid tax knowledge, proficiency in accounting systems, and experience in financial closings and regulatory compliance, we want to meet you. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation of **monthly and annual accounting closings**. * Calculation and filing of **monthly and annual taxes** (ISR, IVA, DIOT, informational reports). * Accounting entry and XML file association in accounting systems. * Preparation of financial reports for management and banks. * Cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and budgetary control. * Filings and submissions to **SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT**. * Support during internal and external audits. * Response to **SAT inquiries and requirements**. * Implementation and maintenance of **internal fiscal and accounting controls**. * (Desirable) Knowledge of foreign trade, importer registry, and customs entries. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting with a **professional license**. * 3+ years of experience in **tax accounting**. * Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAP, or similar). * Up-to-date knowledge of the **tax law** and applicable regulations. * Experience in payroll processing and labor obligations (IMSS/INFONAVIT). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Advanced Excel skills. **Competencies** * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Professional ethics and confidential handling of information. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Organization and time management. * Effective and professional communication. * Ability to work independently and under pressure.
