Position Summary: Coordinate and monitor import and export operations, manage customs regulations and Incoterms, and maintain communication with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of import and export operations 2. Handling of customs regulations and Incoterms 3. Interaction with suppliers and communication with customers An international logistics company / Freight Forwarder is seeking an Air and Maritime Operations Executive for import and export activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Customs Sciences and Foreign Trade, or Commercial Relations. * Mandatory industry experience, preferably 2 years in a freight forwarding environment * Language: Intermediate English * Ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and positive demeanor **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and monitor operations (imports and exports) * Comply with customs regulations and manage Incoterms * Interact with suppliers to coordinate carriers and customs agents * Keep customers informed about the status and progress of each operation * Update the company’s internal system timely and accurately **OFFERED:** * Salary commensurate with qualifications * Statutory benefits * Restaurant vouchers and grocery vouchers * Direct employment with the company Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Experience: * Freight Forwarding: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * Are you able to communicate in English, even if not perfectly?
