




Job Summary: Coordinate foreign trade operations, managing shipments, documentation, and customs compliance, as well as preparing reports and proposing process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of international shipments and order tracking 2. Preparation and review of customs documentation and tariff classification 3. Development of performance reports and proposals for improvement in foreign trade Operations Management * Coordinate cargo shipments (maritime, air, or land). * Track international orders from origin to destination. * Verify delivery timelines and compliance with suppliers and customers. Documentation and Compliance * Prepare and review documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations in both the country of origin and destination. * Classify products according to the tariff system (tariff headings). Analysis and Reporting * Develop performance reports (timelines, costs, incidents). * Propose improvements to foreign trade processes. * Support planning for international expansion strategies. Communication * Maintain contact with suppliers, customers, and authorities. * Coordinate internal teams (purchasing, sales, finance).
