We are seeking a **Customs \& Trade Analyst** (Business Unit: **Monroe Ride Solutions**) based in **Celaya, Guanajuato (Parque Ciudad Industrial Celaya)**.
**Required Experience and Knowledge:**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, International Business, or related field.
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing companies (preferably in the automotive sector).
* Solid knowledge of Mexican customs regulations, trade agreements (USMCA, FTAs), IMMEX program, OEA certifications, and customs entry documentation.
* Experience in foreign trade audits, tariff classification validation, rules of origin determination, and regulatory compliance.
* Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
* Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
* English proficiency: Intermediate-to-advanced (conversational and technical).
* Interpersonal skills: Results orientation, teamwork, problem solving, effective communication, analytical ability, proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Experience with customs management systems and customs brokerage platforms.
* Knowledge of SAP (Foreign Trade module) and preparation of regulatory reports.
