Know the restaurant's capacity, number of tables, and which servers are assigned to each service area. Greet customers at the restaurant entrance, escort them, and seat them at their chosen table. Provide the menu to customers and invite them to proceed to the buffet. Inform the server of the names of guests seated in their service area. Provide customers with information about hotel events and available services. Bid farewell to customers at the restaurant entrance.
