You support our team as **Maintenance Engineer** ============================== ### **Responsibilities** * **Equipment optimization and maintenance:** Safely relocate, install, maintain, and repair production equipment to improve layouts, ensure proper operation, and meet production needs. * **Preventive maintenance and downtime reduction:** Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and accurately log work orders and time to minimize downtime. * **Comprehensive technical troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic failures, as well as facility infrastructure issues, especially during equipment breakdowns. * **Safety and compliance:** Carry out all activities in strict accordance with safety protocols and local, site, and regional regulations. * **Teamwork and continuous improvement:** Collaborate with team members to solve problems, propose innovative solutions, and proactively address issues identified during other tasks. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree or an advanced degree, or equivalent years of experience that compensate for the qualification. * Relevant years of professional experience in the automotive industry. * Relevant certifications, systems experience, and technical training. * Professional proficiency in English is desirable. * Effective communication and collaboration: Communicates clearly and proactively while collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization. * Customer focus and innovation. * Identifies opportunities, takes timely action, and explores new ways to improve results and processes.
