




**Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. This role involves carrying out necessary repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee that all areas of the hotel operate safely and efficiently, thereby delivering a comfortable experience to our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and others. * Timely attend to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and staff. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or repair needs. * Ensure all repairs are performed in accordance with established safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate and carry out maintenance tasks efficiently. * Maintain detailed records of activities performed, reporting progress and any relevant incidents. * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations while performing duties. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in the hospitality industry or similar sectors. * Knowledge of repairing electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other facility systems. * Ability to efficiently and promptly identify and resolve problems. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and development within the hotel. * A dynamic and professional work environment.
