Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician to diagnose faults, perform maintenance and repair of computer equipment, printers, and ATMs, as well as manage incidents and reports. Timely resolution of technical incidents in the field Compusof México We are looking for your talent as a Field Telecommunications Technician Requirements: Technical degree in computing, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months of experience or recent graduate) Knowledge: * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic) * Structured cabling (desirable) * Automated teller machines or ATMs (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500\)** * Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide customer support, and close reports. 100% FIELD WORK * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical fault requests from end users within the timeframes established with the client.
