Work in a role with both commercial and operational impact **Insurance Control Desk Executive** We are looking for a Commercial and Operational Executive to manage the insurance policy process. **Responsibilities:** * · Prospect and generate new business opportunities. * · Analyze client needs and advise on insurance products. * · Issue and activate policies. * · Manage collections and payment follow-up. * · Process endorsements and renewals. * · Handle and manage claims. * · Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations. **Requirements:** * · Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * · Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance sector or financial services. * · Experience in customer service. * · Knowledge of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims processes. * · Proficiency in SICAS. * · Basic knowledge of insurance sector regulations. * · Customer-oriented mindset. * · Effective communication skills. * · Organizational and process management skills. * · Ability to work under pressure and maintain a results-oriented focus. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * \+ Variable income * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 hrs Location: Juriquilla, Querétaro Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
