Full Job Description EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field. (Degree and professional license preferred) RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage campus information technology, software, and hardware. * Provide technical support to academic and administrative departments. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing and electronic equipment. * Manage institutional email accounts and digital platforms. * Supervise the proper operation of voice, data, and internet networks. * Manage access control, video surveillance, and campus security systems. * Perform backups of institutional information. * Coordinate updates and ensure proper functioning of institutional software. * Monitor vendors and manage hardware and software procurement. * Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal users. * Support parents, students, and faculty. * Actively participate in institutional projects and processes. PERSONAL TRAITS Responsible, organized, proactive, analytical, service-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, capable of self-management, team-oriented, able to handle pressure, and possessing strong communication skills. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, network administration, equipment maintenance, or information technologies, preferably within educational institutions. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time on-site availability. Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
