Preparation of supply and credit agreements **Job Description:** Coordinate, supervise, review, and monitor the group's credit policies across its processes and work teams. Supervise and monitor the current commercial portfolio as well as the administratively overdue portfolio exceeding 90 days, and similarly supervise the current and administratively overdue para-financial portfolio. Analyze credit line proposals with support from required financial and legal documentation. Prepare supply and credit agreements through commercial credits, overdraft facilities against current accounts secured by pledge and/or mortgage guarantees, sureties, third-party guarantors, and debt acknowledgments, under the para-financial scheme.
