Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resilient Sales Agent to expand our market through cold prospecting, market analysis, and sales cycle follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Our mission is to eliminate market friction (e.g., guarantors) and place technology directly into the hands of real estate agents, offering credit and protection solutions that guarantee a Perfect Rental experience. We are looking for our new Sales Agent to support market expansion in **Querétaro**. **Is this position right for you?** If you are an expert in cold prospecting, remain resilient when facing objections, and have a proven ability to close B2B negotiations, we want you to be our growth engine! **What will you be doing?** * High-impact prospecting: Execute a cold outreach strategy and intensive prospecting (in-person visits and calls) * Analyze and understand the local market * Track opportunity progress throughout the sales cycle, ensuring negotiation closure and signing of new partnerships. * Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio and long-term business relationships. **What are we looking for?** * **Industry experience (Preferred)** * 2\-3 years of prior experience in sales roles, including both cold prospecting of potential clients and negotiation closure. * A proactive individual with initiative and commitment * Experience coordinating efforts with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to sell an intangible service. * Experience building and maintaining business relationships, negotiating effectively, and delivering high-impact presentations. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary * Private Medical Expense Insurance.
