Job Summary: We are seeking a creative Junior Designer to collaborate on the creation and development of visual materials, strengthening our brand identity and the image we project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create graphic designs for various platforms and digital content. 2. Assist in developing sketches, proposals, and new visual concepts. 3. Research current design trends to apply them in projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative **Junior Designer** to join our Communications and Design team. In this role, you will collaborate on creating and developing visual materials for various platforms and projects. You will work closely with senior designers, the marketing team, and other departments—from initial concept development through final design delivery. Your work directly contributes to reinforcing our brand identity and the image we present to clients and audiences. Your main responsibilities include: · Creating graphic designs for social media, printed materials, presentations, and digital content, adhering to established visual guidelines. · Adapting and modifying visual assets according to the needs of each project or campaign. · Assisting in developing sketches, proposals, and new visual concepts. · Organizing and maintaining up-to-date company design files, resources, and materials. · Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, brand consistency, and necessary technical requirements. · Researching current design, typography, and color trends to appropriately apply them in our projects. Qualifications and Requirements · Academic background: Advanced student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication, or related field. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); basic knowledge of After Effects or web design tools is a plus. · Ability to interpret instructions, collaborate effectively in teams, and receive constructive feedback. · Creativity, attention to detail, and a well-defined aesthetic sense. · Understanding of composition, color theory, and typography principles. No extensive prior experience is required; what matters most is your eagerness to learn, your portfolio, and your ability to create. Full-time availability required.
