You will be responsible for managing operational medical services, ensuring regulatory compliance and prompt emergency response. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conducting medical examinations: pre-employment, periodic, and special examinations based on job-related risk levels. * Medication administration and control: inventory management, traffic-light system implementation, and stock control. * Health risk identification: conducting plant walkthroughs (medical visits) to detect risk factors. * IMSS coordination: handling and completing official forms (ST7, ST2, ST9\). * Clinical file management: maintaining and updating records in accordance with current occupational health regulations. * Providing on-site emergency and urgent medical care. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (certified) or Technical Diploma in Pre-Hospital Medical Care / Paramedic. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in Occupational Health or Industrial Medicine. * **Age:** 22 to 38 years old. * **Skills:** Effective communication, time management, conflict resolution, emotional stability, and analytical ability. **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Monthly gross salary of 14,000, paid biweekly. * Statutory benefits. * Transportation (applicable for residents of Marques, Pedro Escobedo, Toliman, and Amealco). * Savings Fund. **THE PROCESS IS SHORT; HIRING DATE: APRIL 15** Apply now!
