Key Responsibilities * Execute floor sales with emphasis on service and conversion. * Greet and advise customers at the point of sale with a proactive attitude. * Identify needs, present options, and close sales clearly. * Cash handling and collections (if applicable) and control of tickets/sales. * Support customer onboarding: explain benefits, rules, processes, and follow-up. * Maintain area organization, presentation, and product display. * Generate basic daily and weekly reports (sales, incidents, opportunities). Requirements * Proven experience in floor sales, retail, or face-to-face customer service. * High energy, initiative, confidence when speaking, and enthusiasm for selling. * Excellent presence, communication skills, and professional demeanor. * Conversational English and Spanish (bilingualism mandatory). * Goal-oriented mindset, passion for challenges, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
