




**Join the TATSA family!** We are a company dedicated to the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered vehicles, trailers, parts, and accessories. **Job Objective** Provide support in tire administration, control, and inventory management, ensuring proper assignment of tasks, documentation, and process tracking to maintain operational efficiency and vehicle safety. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or related field * 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, tire administration and inventory, and personnel management * Basic knowledge of tires (brands, models, sizes, tread depth, markings, wear patterns) * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency * Proficiency in using computer equipment * Residency in Celaya, Gto., preferred **Main Responsibilities** * Assign tasks and track labor processes related to tires * Record work performed and capture photographic evidence * Monitor wheel alignments and support consignment tire operations * Organize process documentation and tire retreading records * Support tire delivery and receipt activities, and conduct warehouse inventory * Submit documentation to Finance Department * Track employee training and equipment maintenance * Maintain inventory of tools assigned to technicians and assign TAGs (sensors) * Archive general documentation **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Professional development opportunities * Excellent work environment **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
