Estimating and maintaining the Rolling Forecast for a 12-month time horizon. 3. Mapping and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement in demand planning processes. 4. Ensuring proper coordination and information flow among all parties involved in the planning process. 5. Calculating reorder points, maximum and minimum inventory levels. 6. Preparing and analyzing key business reports. 7. Issuing production and packaging orders and procedures. 8.
