




An important industrial recycling company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator based in Querétaro to join its team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in payroll roles. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE IN: * Calculation and processing of payroll for over 300 employees. * Settlements (finiquitos). * SUA payment calculations. * Compaq Nóminas software. * Ability to perform basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. SKILLS: * Planning. * Organization. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Time management. * Results-oriented. ATTITUDES: * Honesty. * Confidentiality. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Availability of time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record, track, and manage attendance incidents (vacations, permits, disabilities, etc.). * Prepare preliminary payroll (handling various shifts, overtime, etc.). * Create and maintain employee personnel files. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Support HR-related events. * Assist in creating payroll reports and other related documents. * Maintain an organized archive of updated payroll documentation. * Assist in resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll. * Apply deductions and prepare corresponding requests for third-party payments such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. WE OFFER: * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
