Position Summary: TS Trucking is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in Querétaro, working closely with HR in a dynamic environment to coordinate the recruitment process for operational and logistics positions. Over time, it has evolved into a continuously growing transportation provider. Currently, we are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Querétaro. This role will operate in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with the Human Resources department. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (alternate Saturdays) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the recruitment process for key operational and logistics positions, including but not limited to: drivers, security personnel, mechanical staff, and cleaning staff * Collaborate closely with operations, transportation, and human resources teams to anticipate volume needs and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates for high-turnover areas. * Source candidates using diverse tools: job boards, databases, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, and field recruitment when necessary. * Conduct initial screening, schedule and support interviews, and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. * Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation requirements, and local labor laws. * Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rate for operational roles. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 2+ years of recruitment experience, with strong focus on operational positions (technicians, mechanics, etc.). * Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in high-demand environments. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools. * Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with internal teams. * **Intermediate English.** **Benefits** * Professional growth opportunities * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits *At TS Trucking, we are committed to providing equal opportunity to every candidate and employee.
