Combined with the multiculturalism of our faculty and classes taught 100% in English, this provides students with the skills to access global job markets and higher education opportunities worldwide. **We are looking for: Accounting Analyst.** **Objectives and General Information:** Responsible for ensuring that administrative-accounting activities are carried out according to the stages of the administrative process; that Digital Fiscal Receipts through the Internet (CFDI) are issued in compliance with current tax regulations, after preparing the respective work papers; and that CFDIs received by companies within the group comply with current tax regulations for provisioning and payment purposes. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accounting analyst. * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or administrative fields. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with any ERP or accounting-related system is desirable. * Gender: Indistinct. * Proficiency in Contpaq (Essential). **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Calculation and determination of federal and state taxes, filing monthly tax returns and annual tax declarations. * Ensure that issued and received CFDIs comply with requirements set by the tax authorities. * Perform reconciliation of income and expense CFDIs according to accounting records. * Update fixed asset schedules and expenses to be amortized. * Prepare bank reconciliations. * Invoice processing 4.0 for income, expenses, payments, and electronic accounting. * Prepare trial balance reconciliations. * Generate general reports and perform tasks requested by the accounting and general management departments.
