Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Process/Industrial Engineer to improve production processes at a cold-chain vegetable company. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of new developments A growing company dedicated to the processing, marketing, and distribution of vegetables in cold-chain and frozen formats is seeking talent to join as a Process/Industrial Engineer. This role targets recent graduates or junior professionals in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields, with interest in production process analysis and improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Time and motion studies * Updating monthly reports * Analyzing routing to determine installed capacity * Monitoring new developments **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Education Requirements:** Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related degree **Salary:** Competitive, based on skills and qualifications **Location:** San Miguel de Allende Highway, Km 15\.5\.
