This position targets recent graduates or junior professionals in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields, with an interest in analyzing and improving production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Time and motion studies * Updating monthly reports * Analyzing routing to determine installed capacity * Monitoring new developments **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Education Requirements:** Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related degree **Salary:** Commensurate with skills and qualifications **Location:** Highway San Miguel de Allende km 15\.5\.
