He/She will support Mid to Enterprise clients and will evaluate both business and product requirements in order to generate functional specifications and act as a liaison between our customers and the engineering teams. He/she will also own and drive new features from high\-level requirements through operational delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Must have knowledge of SQL, Data warehousing and ERP integrations * Preparing and developing technical presentations/ demos, setup trials or POCs to explain our company's products or services to customers. * Collaborating with customer and sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. * Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. * Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery. * Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. * Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. * Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services. **Skills and Qualifications:** * A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field. * Experience in sales and the technology field. * Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and technical sales skills. * The ability to relate technical information to non\-technical customers. * Excellent technical and problem\-solving skills. * Good leadership and teamwork skills. * Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education. * 5 years experience in IT software (Knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages) * Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration * Experience with Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / HubSpot (CRM platforms) * Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes **Work Shift:** U.S. Shift (8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST) **Location:** Mexico (Remote) For more information about DBSync, visit https://www.mydbsync.com Video: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list\=PLJzycdoERLoekPWNkXEsuih807TQAEnnB
