We do not want someone who merely documents—we want a strategist who identifies bottlenecks, optimizes operations, and ensures our clients reach their full potential. **Your Impact in This Role:** As our Process Analyst, you will be the key player in elevating our clients’ efficiency. You will have the freedom to propose practical solutions, design functional flowcharts, and maintain high-level consultative relationships across each assigned project. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * **Operational Transformation:** Manage end-to-end process optimization projects. * **Process Engineering:** Develop operational manuals, flowcharts, and strategic documentation (using Dropbox and internal tools). * **Direct Consulting:** Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure successful implementation of improvements. * **Data Analysis:** Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions based on measurable results. * **Collaboration:** Participate in training programs to stay at the forefront of optimization methodologies. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Management**, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in consulting, process analysis, or operational training roles. * **Hard Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, diagramming tools, and project management software. * **Profile:** Critical thinking, excellent writing/spelling, and flawless assertive communication. * **Preferred:** Personal vehicle and availability to travel (occasionally). **What We Offer:** * **Base Salary:** $15,000 net monthly. * **Strong Commissions:** Average monthly additional earnings of **$5,000 to $10,000** * **Statutory Benefits:** Year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, and statutory holidays. * **Growth:** Ongoing training in cutting-edge methodologies. * **Environment:** A team focused on continuous improvement and learning. **Position Details:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (9:00 am \- 6:30 pm), plus occasional Saturdays. * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site. * **Employment Structure:** Hybrid employment arrangement.
