Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Supervisor (EHS) with construction experience to inspect and supervise safety on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and risk prevention. We seek a Safety Supervisor (EHS) with **construction experience** in building construction (housing developments). Important: Candidates from the food or manufacturing industries will not be considered; we require direct experience in the construction sector. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Daily inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Supervise the correct and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (helmets, boots, goggles, etc.). * Verify safety signage, barriers, and transit zones. * Manage safety documentation and ensure subcontractors’ compliance with regulations. * Conduct daily safety talks with workers. * Ensure daily site order and cleanliness to prevent accidents. * Perform safety *check\-lists* for machinery, tools, scaffolding, and lifting equipment. * Perform attendance *check\-list* and assist in personnel file management, including IMSS registrations and disability tracking. * Supervise electrical safety at distribution panels and tools. **What profile is required?** * Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. * Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and other STPS regulations applicable to construction (e.g., work at height, PPE usage, cutting and welding, etc.). * Knowledge of risk identification, prevention, and control. * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** Salary: $20,000\.00 net monthly Statutory benefits Site located in the center of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.
