Megafrecos del Bajío is seeking: **"Safety and Hygiene Assistant"** **Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 35 years. * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields. * One year of experience in a similar position. **Experience:** * Knowledge of STPS regulations. * Procedures before STPS. * NOM-011-STPS-2001. * First aid. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in medical attention. * Comply with the training program. * Plan and implement the training and development program across various areas as required by the company. * Prepare indicators for workplace injuries, disabilities, accidents, and incidents. * Ensure legal compliance and represent the company before authorities such as SEMARNAT, STPS, Civil Protection, and corresponding state and municipal authorities. * Monitor investigations into accidents and incidents occurring at the workplace. * Coordinate the formation of emergency response teams. * Conduct risk analyses for machinery, equipment, and new buildings within the workplace. **We offer:** * **Salary:** $10,000 MXN per month (net). * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits from day one. * **Stability:** Join a solid and growing company within the region. * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month
