An industrial company with national presence is seeking top talent to join its high-performance team for the position of: **Position Requested: Industrial Safety Manager** **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of verifiable experience in safety, hygiene, and environmental roles * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects * Risk assessment and safety analysis methodologies * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks * Mobility (car or motorcycle) **Responsibilities:** * Implement the annual training program on occupational risk prevention and workplace health in accordance with NOM-019-STPS-2011 * Coordinate the integration and training of personnel in safety matters to ensure an effective emergency response at the workplace * Train emergency brigades in first aid, fire suppression, and evacuation * Coordinate the identification and evaluation of occupational hazards at the plant * Design and implement accident and occupational disease prevention measures in compliance with NOM-030-STPS-2009 * Develop and disseminate safety and hygiene policies * Prepare documents to comply with STPS and environmental regulations * Conduct safety and occupational health courses and talks * Ensure compliance with plans and protocols mandated by authorities—civil protection, occupational health, earthquake, fire, etc. * Prepare investigation reports on accidents and incidents, collect witness statements, and gather evidence * Identify hazards and assess associated risks related to job activities, as well as environmental impact * Manage legal procedures related to environmental matters **Employment Offer:** Net salary: 12,857 MXN Gross salary: 14,773 MXN Rotating 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) Statutory benefits Work location: Pedro Escobedo, Epigmenio González, El Ahorcado, near the railway tracks.
